Shengrun Auto 3 Axles 3 Compartment 45 Cubic Carbon Steel Oil Fuel Tank Semi Trailer

We offers different types of tank trailers for transporting fuel, diesel, water, chemical liquids and any other liquid materials. The oil tank trailers can reach 70,000 liters and 4 axles. Trailers are available with 1-9 compartments and can be produced according to customer requirements.

2. Tank shell
Material	Carbon steel Q235
Dished end	6 mm thick steel Q235. All single heads dished and flanged.
Tank shell & compartment divide	5 mm thick steel Q235
Anti-wave Baffle	4 mm thick steel Q235
Roll-over coaming	Roll-over coaming for anti-fall protection on both side of tank top
Hydrostatic test	Pressure Testing - hydrostatic @ 35kpa (3 psi) each compartment
Painting	All steel shall be sandblasted to SA 2.5 and painted Epoxy zinc phosphate primer and polyurethane finish painting (anti-corrosion), with client’s Logo. Specification for the Logo provided by the client.
3. Components
Manhole cover	3 sets 500mm diameter anti-explosion safety manhole cover with breather valve, aluminum material, Jialong brand
Discharge valve	3 sets 3” ball valve for discharging Jialong brand.
Bottom valve (Emergency valve)	Jialong brand 9 sets pneumatic controlled emergency valve, be bolted near the base of the tank on the vertical center-line and at the opposite end to the discharge point. The valve fitted with valve operator.
Hose and hose carrier box	1 nos (LHS) and 1 nos (RHS) hose carrier to fit 3” x 6 meter hose close type complete brackets. Hose with 3” female camlock coupling at one end.
Water drain pipe	Water drain rubber pipe from tank top to be provided

Kingpin / plate	12mm thick mild steel plate fabrication c/w 2”or 3.5” king pin
Landing gear	1 set 28 tons landing gear with two speed manual operation type

Suspension	Mechanical Reinforced Multi Leaf Spring. Suspension frame Mild steel fabricated for heavy duty usage,plate spring upset. Air Suspension optional.

Tires	12 pcs 12R22.5 tubeless tires, include one spare tire, Triangle brand

Access Ladder	Detachable ladder with steps, mounted at the front of tank.
Walk way	Anti-skid walkway fitted with grating.
Tool box	1 set lockable tool box to be position at passenger side of tanker
Side guard	Side Guard be provided on both side of the tanker with guard clearance of 450- 550mm
Mudguard	Whole piece of steel plates type c/w mud flaps and clips
Rear bumper	Steel bumper to accommodate light assembly and number plates to cover full width of the tank. Maximum ground clearance shall be 450mm-550mm.
Extra Fuel Carrier	600 Liters extra fuel tank attached under tank position
Fire extinguisher holder	2 pcs x8 kgs dry powder fire extinguisher.
Anti-Static System	Earthing strip to be installed at the rear of tanker. 1 Nos of grounding bounding reel.
Light & Wiring	Standard front, side and rear. Comply with the road regulations and oil industry standard. 24 volt system, 7 wires ISO socket. Red/brake, white/reverse and amber/direction indicator, LED tail lamp 8pcs side marker lamp
