Shengrun Auto 3 Axles 42 Cubic Aluminum Alloy Oil Fuel Tank Semi Trailer

We offers different types of tank trailers for transporting fuel, diesel, water, chemical liquids and any other liquid materials. Shengrun aluminum tanker trailer can carry upto 70000 liters and four axle. The aluminum tanker trailer can offer 1-9 cabins of tanker trailers, which may be produced in step with consumer necessities.

Dished end	7 mm thick steel 5454. All single heads dished and flanged.

Main beam	Standard features heavy duty frame welded to tank bottom
Roll-over coaming	Full length roll-over coaming for anti-fall protection on both side of tank top
Hydrostatic test	Pressure Testing - hydrostatic @ 35kpa (5 psi) each compartment
Painting	All steel shall be sandblasted to SA 2.5 and painted Epoxy zinc phosphate primer and polyurethane finish painting (anti-corrosion), with client’s Logo. Specification for the Logo provided by the client.

Manhole cover	5 sets 500mm diameter anti-explosion safety manhole cover with breather valve
Discharge valve	5 sets 3” ball valve for discharging, lockable discharge valve box.
Bottom valve (Emergency valve)	5 sets pneumatic controlled emergency valve. The valve fitted with valve operator.
Hose and hose carrier box	1 nos (LHS) and 1 nos (RHS) hose carrier to fit 3” x 6 meter hose.
Water drain pipe	Water drain rubber pipe from tank top to be provided

Kingpin / plate	12mm thick mild steel plate fabrication c/w 3.5” or 2” king pin
